Recruitment and Selection

Secretarion Interim Services recruits candidates directly or via a job advertisement the text of which is compiled in consultation with the client. We always interview and test the language skill levels Dutch, English, German, French, of our candidates, before sending them to their first meeting with the client. Once the terms and conditions of work have been mutually arranged, the candidate will enter into a fixed period of employment.

Outsourcing

Candidates can also be outsourced for a designated period on long term projects which provides certainty for both the client and the employee. He/she will receive a contract for the term of the project and a notice period of at least 1 month.

Temporary staffing

Secretarion Interim Services is more than just an employment agency: we ensure the recruitment and selection of the right professional at the right place and make all the necessary security arrangements. We also test candidates on their knowledge of Dutch and English and each candidate must possess a basic safety (SCC) certificate and be provided with personal safety equipment.
